Return & Exchange

In case of damage or defect, please ensure the following conditions are met to qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. The customer must return the parcel via a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post, at their own expense to our provided address.
  2. You must submit your claim for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, for every purchase made with us.
  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  4. If the product is returned to us in poor condition, we will not accept it for return or exchange.
  5. Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  6. Items must remain unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  7. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will offer compensation, exchange, return, or refund, depending on the value and nature of the product.
  8. We only offer returns within 7 days in cases of defect or damage.
  9. Please ensure the returned product is clearly labeled as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any delays or inconvenience.
