Return & Exchange
In case of damage or defect, please ensure the following conditions are met to qualify for a return or exchange:
- The customer must return the parcel via a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post, at their own expense to our provided address.
- You must submit your claim for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, for every purchase made with us.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- If the product is returned to us in poor condition, we will not accept it for return or exchange.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Items must remain unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will offer compensation, exchange, return, or refund, depending on the value and nature of the product.
- We only offer returns within 7 days in cases of defect or damage.
- Please ensure the returned product is clearly labeled as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any delays or inconvenience.
